Alarm severity levels are managed in the configuration view in Condence in the Alarm severities page.
For each severity level a name, level and color need to be defined.
Name can be freely chosen but it is recommended to use relatively short structures as in the example above.
Level is used to determine which users get the alarm email messages. For each user a level is selected and all alarms at this selected severity level and above are selected.
Color is used in the alarm user interface component to identify different severities.
It is recommended to define severities at the customer top level.
