When you are using a SIM card with your Condence Terminal, there are a few requirements that your SIM card must fulfil.
- Order SIM cards from a suitable Internet provider, and have at least a 3G connection. 4G is recommended.
- PIN code requests must be disabled. It might be possible to order a SIM card with the PIN code request disabled or disabling of PIN code request can be done manually using a mobile phone. In the latter case, please consult the mobile phone manual on how to disable PIN code requests.
- An unlimited data plan is recommended but if such a data plan is not available, monthly data traffic is usually between 300 MB and 1 GB depending on the application and amount of metrics collected
- No special M2M or public IP plans are required. The normal NAT type of plan is OK.
