Coe, Condence Co-Engineer released

Distence has released brand new exciting features for Condence.

Coe is a powerful machine learning tool that analyses vibration data from sensors installed on industrial equipment. Coe is designed to make the job of maintenance professionals easier and more efficient. It builds on multiple Condence capabilities. It helps automate vibration data analysis, enabling users to detect potential issues and anomalies that may not be detectable through traditional threshold monitoring and gives more lead time to plan and address the budding issues.

Condence Co-engineer is a powerful tool that allows you to monitor your equipment effectively and efficiently. By harnessing the power of machine learning, Coe can detect potential issues and anomalies that traditional threshold monitoring cannot. With Coe, you can reduce downtime, save money on repairs, and increase their overall operational efficiency.

Implementation of Coe on existing installations or installations in progress can be done as a global or asset-specific update that does not require any changes in the field.

Zones follow alarms feature release

The latest feature we developed, Zones follow Alarms, will be added to Condence on 11/04/23! As the name would suggest, now, just by adding alarm levels in Condence, you can have your colour-coded trend metric windows visible. There is no more necessity to publish Zone configurations separately.

If you have two or more alarms overlapping, you may select what Zones you want to view.

The old way of making Zone configurations is not going away. Zones follow alarms is an alternative way to make Zone configurations.

We expect this feature to make using Condence easier and more efficient. Want to learn more? Please get in touch with us at operations@distence.fi.
